BAR
Six bar chairs and two bar armchairs along an outdoor counter, shipped assembled and ready to use.

The setting
Bar seating takes more knocks than any other chair: feet on the rails, chairs dragged back and forth on concrete, sea air. The Classic Bar Square Chair has a ring of footrest stretchers that ties all four legs together, and the armchair version adds flat armrests for the two ends of the counter.
Both are bar height, with a slatted seat that drains after rain. Every frame is solid plantation teak, kiln dried to 12% and joined mortise-and-tenon with teak pegs; the hardware is stainless steel 304, or 316 for sites by the sea. Left unoiled the teak weathers to silver-grey; oiled once a season it keeps its honey colour.
These two models ship assembled in cartons, so they can go straight to the counter the day they arrive.
