The brief
Nine villas, one specification, delivered to an importer's warehouse rather than to site. The requirement was that villa one and villa nine had to look like the same order two years apart.
We batch-matched the timber across the whole programme before finishing rather than per container, and held the offcut boards from the same logs so the second phase could be tonally matched. The EUDR due-diligence pack shipped with the documents rather than after a request, which is what the importer had been chasing from their previous supplier.
Srikandi carried the gardens, Bima the benches, and a single Kresna sideboard per villa carried the language indoors.
