How it ships · Assembled, in a carton
Shipped assembled. It cannot be flat-packed, so the packed volume below is what a container has to swallow.
Derived from a packed volume of 0.39 CBM per piece, against the usable volume of each box. A mixed load fits more — we plan the stow before the proforma goes out.
A reclining lounge chair with a tall back of horizontal slats, flat armrests, a slatted seat and a pull-out slatted leg rest. The leg rest slides away when not needed, so it works as an armchair or a lounger on a terrace or a pool deck.
Made to order in solid plantation teak and in any of the listed finishes. Dimensions can be altered on runs above the stated minimum; there is no tooling charge for a dimensional change on solid timber.

Frame joints are mortise-and-tenon, locked with teak pegs. Pull-out slatted leg rest under the seat. Built as a fixed frame and shipped assembled, so it goes straight into service when the container is unpacked.
Timber: solid plantation teak, kiln dried to 8–12% moisture content. Hardware: AISI 304 stainless as standard, 316 on request for coastal sites. Adhesive: D4 exterior-grade. Tolerance: ±2 mm on overall dimensions, ±1 mm on seat height.
Left raw, teak silvers to an even grey in roughly nine months outdoors and needs no maintenance beyond an annual wash. The change is cosmetic — the oil content that makes teak durable is unaffected.
Oiled pieces hold their honey colour and want re-oiling once a year, twice in strong equatorial sun. Do not pressure-wash above 100 bar and do not use a wire brush across the grain.

Cartons are five-ply with edge protection and corner board; knock-down hardware travels in a labelled bag inside the carton with an assembly sheet. Container loading is photographed and the file is sent with the shipping documents.
