How it ships · Knock-down, flat carton
Knock-down, so it travels flat in a carton and takes far less volume than the assembled piece — which is most of why it lands cheaper per seat.
Derived from a packed volume of 0.14 CBM per piece, against the usable volume of each box. A mixed load fits more — we plan the stow before the proforma goes out.
A sun lounger with a long slatted bed, an adjustable slatted backrest, two small wheels at one end and a small slide-out side tray under the frame for a drink or a book. Built for hotel pools and resorts.
Made to order in solid plantation teak and in any of the listed finishes. Dimensions can be altered on runs above the stated minimum; there is no tooling charge for a dimensional change on solid timber.

Frame joints are mortise-and-tenon, locked with teak pegs. Adjustable backrest, wheels at one end and a slide-out tray under the frame. The folding joints turn on stainless steel pivot bolts (AISI 304 as standard, 316 on request), and the piece ships folded in a flat carton.
Timber: solid plantation teak, kiln dried to 8–12% moisture content. Hardware: AISI 304 stainless as standard, 316 on request for coastal sites. Adhesive: D4 exterior-grade. Tolerance: ±2 mm on overall dimensions, ±1 mm on seat height.
Left raw, teak silvers to an even grey in roughly nine months outdoors and needs no maintenance beyond an annual wash. The change is cosmetic — the oil content that makes teak durable is unaffected.
Oiled pieces hold their honey colour and want re-oiling once a year, twice in strong equatorial sun. Do not pressure-wash above 100 bar and do not use a wire brush across the grain.
